Doug Aitken – “SONG 1” (Hirshhorn Museum, Washington D.C.)
As motion designer on this landmark installation with visionary artist Doug Aitken, I helped bring one of the world’s largest moving-image artworks to life—a 360° projection wrapped around the Hirshhorn Museum in Washington, D.C.
The piece featured performances by cultural icons including Tilda Swinton, James Murphy, and others, transforming the museum’s architecture into a living canvas of sound, light, and motion. It remains one of the most ambitious public art installations ever mounted in the U.S.
